This 6 session package is for those of you who would like to get started using kettlebells as one of your fitness tools. In 6 sessions we will take a look at your movement patterns, and I will teach you the basics of kettlebell movement and technique. This is must for anyone new to kettlebell training. $1080 • 12 Session Foundations Package • ($90/session)
This 12 session package provides a realistic amount of time to dig into a new fitness routine and to start integrating lifelong habits. Included in this package is email advice, support and coaching. There will be a focus on improved technique and form, an introduction to new skills, and great body awareness which will lead to increased confidence and fitness. A Functional Movement Assessment at the beginning and end of these 12 sessions will identify where we can work to improve the mobility, flexibility, strength and symmetry in your body.
