These workouts are for experienced kettlebellers! You should be familiar with the one arm swing, the clean, the press, the squat, and the turkish get up before you attempt these workouts. This is a chance to be a little bit more creative with your kettlebell skills, and to combine strength with cardiovascular conditioning.
