Personal Training is for anyone who wants to redefine the way they think of exercise, how they move, and what their body is capable of.

I will guide you on a journey that will help you get out of a rut, challenge you just the right amount, and help you achieve something you never thought was possible.

Currently I offer personal training sessions through Facetime and Zoom to help you build consistency, independence, and lifelong habits.

Yoga is an opportunity to tune into the breath, the mind, and the body, with intelligence and awareness.

I see yoga as an integral part of a well balanced mind and body that can compliment cardiovascular and strength training beautifully.

With my on demand videos, you can do yoga from the comfort of your own home.

Kettlebell Classes are a great way to learn, practice, and have fun with your Kettlebell skills! 

Practice and develop your strength and endurance with your cleans, presses, kettlebell swings and turkish getups and develop the consistency that will lead you to succeed.

With my on demand kettlebell videos, you can kettlebell with me on your own schedule.
