Personal Training is for anyone who wants to redefine the way they think of exercise, how they move, and what their body is capable of.

I will guide you on a journey that will help you get out of a rut, challenge you just the right amount, and help you achieve something you never thought was possible.

Yoga, first and foremost is an opportunity to tune into the breath, the mind, and the body, with intelligence and awareness.

I see yoga as in integral part of a well balanced mind and body that can compliment cardiovascular and strength training beautifully.

Kettlebell Classes are a great way to learn, practice, and have fun with your Kettlebell skills!  Find a buddy to join you and grow your strength building repertoire!

You will be learning how to deadlift, kettlebell swing, turkish get up, clean, and press - plus more!

Meet Karen

A professional classical musician most of my life, I have always had a secret love for health and fitness. Over the past 8 years, this passion has turned into a career, helping my colleagues build stronger minds and bodies, through fitness. My goal is to help those who may not currently feel comfortable in a gym, or those who could benefit from individualized training and program planning, build their confidence one move at a time. I will coach you to improve your movement patterns, energy levels and overall confidence. Together, we will build habits that will serve you for a lifetime of mindful fitness.
